I received a package but some products are missing, is this normal?

We work with other manufacturers in France in order to be able to offer you a wider range of products. When an order includes several products, it is possible that these articles come from different warehouses and that they reach you in several packages.

So if you have already received a package, don't panic, the 2nd should arrive soon.


How much is shipping ?

Delivery is FREE for all orders over €120 for shipment in mainland France and for all orders over €250 in other European countries (excluding furniture and bulky items).

When an order is less than €120 (or €250 for Europe), the cost of delivery is calculated according to the total weight of the items to be shipped. The exact amount is displayed at the payment stage.


What are the shipping times for your products?

When an item is in stock, it is dispatched within 48 hours. If it is no longer available, you can still order it and it takes about 7 days for manufacturing and shipping. The furniture is made on demand and it therefore takes about 30 days from the day of the order to be able to receive it at your home.


Do you ship all over the world?

We currently deliver to France, Europe and the United States in order to minimize shipping costs and the impact on the environment.


Where are your products made?

All our wooden objects are made in our workshop located in Naintré in France. We also work with other manufacturers in France to offer you a wide range of quality products.


I received a damaged item. What can I do ?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to the email address: contact@atelierauboiszen.fr and we will contact you as soon as possible to find a solution.


I still have not received my order. What's taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. As a reminder, when a product is not available, it takes 7 days for manufacturing and shipping or 30 days for furniture. For international shipping, it may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. Do you make custom products?

Yes, we can make custom decorative items or furniture.

To do this, contact us by email at contact@atelierauboiszen.fr or via the form to submit your request and we will contact you as soon as possible to study your project together and offer you a personalized quote.


Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course make the payment, in the event that the appeal is made within 14 days of the date of the order and the product(s) concerned are not on sale. .
